C & C needed software to create and deliver computerized market research surveys. HigherLogix created a software
solution with a component to create automated surveys from scratch, either from a survey laid out in a spreadsheet or by
designing questions through a custom user interface.
HigherLogix also created a survey delivery program which runs at C & C locations all over the country. The program delivers
surveys created by C & C to end users. It has the capability to contact C & C's servers to determine which surveys should be
delivered based on quotas. When the survey is complete data is transferred via the internet to C & C's servers, where the
data is compiled for further use.
